Native Public Media is uniquely positioned to build capacity within Native America across media sectors.  Extending from its established connections with Native public radio stations, Native Public Media builds collaborations with professional development organizations, producing organizations, youth development organizations, and educational organizations to deliver training and enhance and expand the production, management, leadership, journalistic, business, and new media skills of Native Americans.  Native Public Media serves as a convener of collaborations focused on training and skills development, and brings to the table extensive expertise in media policy, as well as emerging ethical and First Amendment issues, all of which are of great importance to media practitioners.
