Celebrating 50 Years of Broadcasting in Indian Country


Native Public Media is pleased to announce that FCC Chief Denise Bambi Kraus will be a keynote speaker at the 2023 Native Broadcast Summit, celebrating 50 years of broadcasting in Indian Country.


Chief Kraus is a respected leader and advocates for Native American communities nationwide. At the summit, Chief Kraus will discuss the importance of Native American representation in communications and the challenges and opportunities facing Native American broadcasters in today's rapidly changing media landscape. She will also share insights from her work with the Office of Native Affairs and highlight some of the key initiatives and programs that are helping to support Native American communities.
