NPM Board VP to Speak at CENIC

SAN DIEGO, CA – The Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California (CENIC) Conference will take place this year in San Diego, California during the month of March. Native Public Media Board Vice President, Matthew Rantanen, will serve on the plenary panel "Strategies for Addressing the Broadband Digital Divide.”

The panelist will discuss the many creative approaches to address issues of broadband access, affordability, and adoption. These include pooling sources of funds, integrating two (or more) technologies, and partnerships that involve public, government, and private-sector organizations. The panelists will engage conference participants in a discussion about how to scale locally instantiated projects to reach across all of California (and beyond).
